MY VINTURI HAS A CRACK IN IT 

In manufacturing, material folds around rods and wraps back resulting in two slight "fold lines". These lines extend up from each air hole and are often thought to be "hair line" cracks; however, they are in fact normal. If you suspect any other damage, please contact us.

WINE COMES OUT THE AIR TUBES

Make sure that there is nothing obstructing the air holes or the bottom of the aerator.

When pouring the wine please do not pour directly down the center. Make sure that you keep the bowl full of wine to make sure that wine is being pulled through properly.

If you have been using your Vinturi for some time, it may need cleaning. Soak the Vinturi in soapy, hot water, rinse and dry.

If you are using in the Vinturi Tower, in addition to the above, check to make sure the arm is securely in the base, the etched Vinturi logo on 
the aerator should be facing you, and make sure the tower is on a level surface.

I DON'T TASTE A BIG DIFFERENCE

Pour fast enough so that you hear the Vinturi drawing in air.

Do not use the red wine Vinturi for white wines and do not use the white wine Vinturi for red wines.

MY VINTURI STOPPED WORKING

Problems are usually due to an obstruction, or incorrect cleaning. Soak the Vinturi in soapy, hot water, rinse both ends in a vigorous 
water stream to dislodge any foreign material and allow to dry. 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VINTURI FOR RED WINE AND VINTURI FOR WHITE WINE?

While it is an accepted fact that aerating red wine enhances flavors and aromas, it is a longstanding myth that white wine does not need aeration. While testing and developing Vinturi for red wine, we discovered that white wine benefits from aeration, also. The truth is that white wine displays the same improvements with aeration as red wine - better bouquet, enhanced flavors, and smoother finish. Further, we determined that white wine requires it's own unique amount of aeration to achieve optimal results. Through extensive testing and development, we modified Vinturi's internal design and developed a Vinturi specifically calibrated for white wine. The Vinturi White Wine Aerator draws in more air, and as a result of the increased air surfaces, the wine's exposure to air similarly increases. White wine flourishes under this heightened level of aeration. White wine poured through Vinturi for white wine tastes better than white wine through Vinturi for red wine. Conversely, pouring red wine through the white aerator will not have the intended results and will probably damage the wine. It's like having red wine glasses and white wine glasses. The best results are achieved by using the correct aerator.

WHAT IS THE VINTURI MADE OF?

The Vinturi is made out of acrylic. It is BPA-free and dishwasher safe.

DO I NEED TO USE A FILTER?

A sediment filter comes with some of our red wine aerators and can be placed on top of the Vinturi. The sediment filter only needs to be used when you
are having a wine that may contain sediment. The filter does not affect the aeration process.

THE VINTURI SPIRIT BUTTON IS STUCK

The sugars in the liquor can dry and cause the button to stick. Soak the Vinturi Spirit in soapy, hot water, rinse and dry.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE VINTURI?

 Simply rinse Vinturi under warm water to remove most wine residue. If you had a particularly enjoyable night and forgot, then soaking in hot, soapy water 
will remove any dried on wine. Vinturi and the stand are also dishwasher safe. You can remove any detergent residue by rinsing under warm water.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

Each item is assigned a target release date, which represents the scheduled date on which the product should be available to be shipped. These target release dates are provided to us by our factories and our suppliers and are subject to change. In the interest of keeping our customers as informed as possible, Vinturi will update these availability dates from time-to-time based upon the information that is provided to us.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?

Simply add it to your shopping cart just like any other item. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and providing you with a reference number.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged at the time you place the pre-order.

CAN YOU ENSURE THE PRICE LISTED AT THE TIME THE PRE-ORDER IS PLACED WILL REMAIN THE SAME?

Yes and no. When a price is assigned to a pre-ordered item, we are reasonably certain it will remain at that price. However, from time-to-time — given how far in advance we make items available to our customers — a price change might occur. If this happens, you will always receive the lower of the two prices. For example, if you order an item for $69.99 and the pre-order price is later dropped to $59.99, you will be charged only $59.99. If you ordered the item at $49.99 and the price rises to $59.99, you still pay only $49.99. When you place a pre-order, you are assured our lowest prerelease price.

WILL I BE REMINDED OF MY PRE-ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Yes. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes. You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If it has already shipped and you decide to return it, it must be unopened, and you may be charged for the return shipping.
